Safemoon Wallet – everything you need to know

Hey guys, yesterday on the 13/Sep/2021 the Safemoon Wallet was released in the Google Play Store!

We gonna sum up a little bit what it includes and how you use it, let’s start with the most important thing:

Importing your old Wallet

Pretty straight when you start the app, you are asked to either import your seed phrase or to create a new Wallet. If you already hold Safemoon in a Wallet like TrustWallet or MetaMask you have a 12-word seed phrase. By giving the App the seed phrase it will connect to your Wallet and show your Safemoon in the App. In this case you dont pay any fee’s to „transfer“ your Safemoon to the Safemoon Wallet. If you create a new Wallet, and transfer your safemoon there from e.g. TrustWallet you would pay the 10% fee!

If you hold your Safemoon on an Exchange like Bitmart it’s not that big deal, since Bitmart only charges 1M Safemoon as a fee and not the 10%. This is also for Exchanges that dont support Tokenomics like gate.io, which will charge you just the platform’s fee.

Best way to buy more Safemoon

If you already imported your Wallet, there is sadly for now, no buy button for Safemoon, though it shall be soon released. For now you can only buy pSafemoon in the Wallet. If you want to buy more i would recommend doing it on Bitmart because of the small fee. If you dont know how, just check my Guide right here!
